Amys Day 8

Breakfast:
28g honey Shreddies and 100ml semi skimmed milk.
Tea and 20ml milk.

Lunch:
Diet coke. Dry roasted carrots, peas and potatoes in mixed herbs. Mushroom and lentil wedge (roast 200g mushrooms and mix with 100g cooked red lentils, half an onion, a tsp mixed herbs, salt and pepper and a beaten egg. Mix in a food processor and add enough dried potato til the mix is thick and almost crumbly but when pressed sticks together. Dry fry in a non stick pan for 5 minutes then carefully flip over for another minutes. Repeat til both sides have coloured.

No added sugar orange jelly.

Snack:
2 Alpen light chocolate orange (HEB)

Dinner:
Rice boiled with sweetcorn, peas, kidney beans and onions, well drained and mixed with carrots and water chestnuts fried in soy sauce. A quorn burger (0.5 syn)

I'm going to the cinema this afternoon with friends and I don't want to be the odd one out not eating and drinking. So I'll have a diet coke (0 syn) and have been online looking at what bag of sweets to share... A 42g bag of minstrels is 10.5 syn. I reckon you get 20 discs in a pack so that's 0.5 syns a disc... so I can eat (taking into account my other syns today) 21 discs. Yum.
