Dinner:
Potato wedges (4 small potatoes quartered, par boiled, rubbed in cayenne, garlic, 2 crushed stock cubes, 1 tsp oil (1 syn) then baked 200C 30 minutes)
Batchelors Pasta 'n' Sauce Mild Cheese and Broccoli (0.5 syn) made with 125 ml milk and without butter.
Extra boiled broccoli florets.

Not as hungry today, the weather was warmer so I didn't need as much fuel maybe. I cleaned the house thoroughly top to bottom and tired myself out with that.
