28g honey Shreddies and 100ml semi skimmed milk.
Lunch:
Mushroom, tomato and baked beans in a 3 egg and 42g mozzerella frittata. Diet Coke.
Snack:
Diet lemonade, diet cordial. 3 light Dairyleas, pickled onions, 4 quorn sausages.
Galaxy chocolate bar (12.5 syn)
Dinner:
Rice with quorn chicken and tomato curry (made by my friend for 0 syns on green).

I craved a Galaxy chocolate bar all day and tried to eat free foods to distract myself but it didn't work so I used up my syns and ate a bar.
