Breakfast:
2 quorn sausages. Bowl of grapes. Diet Ribena.
Lunch:
Tea with 20ml milk (HEA). 3 nimble slices bread (HEB) with 1 dairylea light triangle (HEA) and quorn ham. Mixed salad with potatoes and egg. Water. Mixed fruits. 0% fat yogurt.
Snack:
Mini Chupa Chup lolly (0.5 syn). Weetabix cereal bar (4.5 syn).
Dinner:
1 bap (HEB), 2 quorn beef burgers (1 syn), 1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn), 42g mozzerella (HEA), 1 tomato.
Snack:
Fugde bar (6 syn).

I was out for the day (beach trip with family) and didn't know exactly what I'd be eating so chose a 0 syn and HE free breakfast and knew I could do the same for dinner if need be. I was surprised how 'good' I was, that I stuck to plan.
