90 ml semi skimmed milk (HEA)

Lunch:
Tesco dried noodles 100g (2.5 syn) with soy sauce and sweetcorn.
Snack:
Grapes in fat free yogurt
Dinner:
Tesco Breaded Haddock 125g (7 syn)
Tesco dried mash potato made up with 160ml milk, topped up with water and 1 tsp dried marjoram
2 big portions of mushy Peas (Batchelors quick soak)
1 slice bread 800g loaf (HEB)
142ml orange juice (2.5 syn)
Syn : 2.5 + 7 + 2.5 = 12
HEA : 1
HEB : 2
Fruit + Veg : 5
Sore right knee again from walking cross country last October, need to keep up with the physio workouts and losing weight will help with this. I've done 30 minutes of walking on the Wii Fit before breakfast. I've lost 3 lb so far yay!
My plan to keep my mind off food today is to concentrate on craft swapping site www.swap-bot.com, I volunteered as a group admin for July and love coming up with ideas, it keeps me in my craft cupboard and away from the kitchen. Planning a black and yellow themed filled matchbox swap.
