I decided to start back on Slimming World randomly whilst drying my hair on a Sunday Morning. I frog-marched my mum to the local ASDA and together we bought syn free foods and free foods. That was the 27th June 2010, and since then I've lost 15lbs.
I did Slimming World 3 years ago and lost nearly 4 stone. Stuff happened, I lost my way and found a friend in local takeaways..
I've been vegetarian for all my life and wouldnt have it any other way. This ulitimatley means I don green days all the time, which is no problem. Its just like a meat eater choosing to do red days all the time.
The only difference this time with Slimming World is that I'm not going to group. I can afford it. I miss the new recepies and finding out new syn values etc, and have decided that if I start to get bored or want new ideas, then I will join group again. I keep a food diary everyday which is so useful to look back at for insiration. I also go in the gym 3-4 times a week. Our gym is in our Garage so Im very lucky I only have to wander outside for a workout and boost my weightloss.
Everyting is so baggy on my now, that I resemble a tramp. However, i dont mind this one bit. The best thing about loosing 15lb, is that my knickers fall down when i walk, and their is no sweeter sucsess than that!
